That's all the Dr. Bigfoot for now. It is summer after all and we're in reruns, naturally.

Dr. Bigfoot, MD Page Two

Some more glorious, recapped adventure of Dr. Bigfoot, MD. This and more viewable in the windows of Annex Comics, on Broadway, in Newport, RI.

Dr. Bigfoot, MD Page One

Here's an idea I've been playing with: Dr. Bigfoot, MD. Everyone's favorite cryptozoic cretin has become Havemercy General's resident surgeon. The panels have been set up like the introductory recap montages that old soap opera and TV dramas used to employ back in the day, and probably still do. Expect a few more of these this week.

Shadow McDeathblood... TO THE EXTREME!!!

I thought I'd share a little 1990s love with you all from the dark days of comics. As much as I hate that era of comic collecting speculation, holographic foil covers, variant issues, massive print runs, and dark, gritty "heroes" with no character development, depth, or continuous plot lines, I had fun drawing Shadow McDeathblood. So what do you say? You want to see an awesome, extreme #1 issue starring the multi-pocketed tool? Lemme know...

STAR SPANGLED CORNER: I Cornered CAPTAIN AMERICA

Here's a quickly rendered piece sent into Cornered for the 4th O' July, which I'm posting here a bit late. I hope everyone enjoyed their Independence Day, fighting tyranny and injustice and Nazis like the good Captain above would want you to. But let's face it, Nazis are hard to come by nowadays and all you really did was eat hotdogs, swill beer, and throw fireworks at the squirrels. Sigh. I am currently working on some new pieces, five of them, which I'm including with a bunch of older stuff for a show in Annex Comics' windows at the end of the week. If you're strolling down Broadway in Newport, RI, take a gander. I will post them on the blog here starting Friday, hopefully.
